Health – We teach you how to never need a diet again, but how to tune into your own body’s needs and how to get incredible energy for getting a lot done in your day and to give you results in training, fat loss and improving muscle (toning up) .
Attitude – We help you to fall in love with looking after your body because you want to, not because you feel you have to. 
Impact – We tailor the training sessions to make you strong, flexible, mobile, improve posture, reduce fat and improve muscle tone and to energise the body. We help people get out of pain if needed and will tailor everything to suit you. 
Life – We inspire you to add many habits into your life to energise, feel happier within yourself, and to create the life of your dreams

I began HAIL Fitness to help people heal through health and fitness. To inspire them to find their strength not only physically but also mentally. To educate and inspire them to change their health and fitness but also to find a deeper connection to themselves and to find their life purpose.

In my 12 years in the fitness industry I have evolved and developed a passion for the deeper transformation that working on yourself can create.

Working on my own health and fitness over the years helped me to deal with my own challenges of sexual abuse, drug abuse, disordered eating, poor body image and lack of self love. I believe that working harder on yourself than you do on anything else, helps you to transform into the person that you are destined to become and in doing so you can share your unique gift with the world.

My passion is seeing people find their strength and I love nothing more than seeing my clients become strong, healthy, more at ease with who they are and energised and excited to chase their dreams.

I have been a Personal Trainer since 2007 and have worked with a diverse range of clients over that time. I love seeing my clients develop confidence in themselves and achieving things they never thought they could do.

My goal as a trainer is to see my clients getting stronger, healthier and happier through their training.

Outside of work I love getting out by the water for a run or a walk and have just started training again to compete in the upcoming triathlon season.

I have been in the health and fitness industry for 12+ years. Starting my own health journey very overweight and feeling lost as a Mum, I found an unpredictable love and passion for fitness. It has helped become healthier, stronger, and happier, and been a navigator through the most testing and uplifting moments of my life.

I love what I do, but what I LOVE even more than that is being the cheer squad for my clients on their own personal journeys. To be able to guide and work with people to achieve their goals is what has continued to get me out of bed at insane hours of the morning for more than a decade.

Me, outside of the gym? My husband and our family are my biggest loves but if I’m not writing, reading, baking, drawing or shaking my booty to some music my day is nowhere near done.

Hello, I’m Emma. I have been a yoga teacher since 2017 and have taught across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Yoga has enriched my life in so many ways and I feel so lucky I get to do what I love and share the magic of the practice. I strive to continually learn and grow as a teacher. I have over 500hrs of yoga teacher training and have been lucky to be taught in India as well as with Sian Pascale from The Light Collective. My current philosophy is to create a safe, authentic and fun space for students to allow themselves to connect inwards. I think magic can happen when we allow for deeper connection to self and stop giving our power away to others for answers. And having fun along the way is always a bonus!

I am very passionate about health, wellness and clean and sustainable living. This is a passion which started over 20 years ago. And since joining H.A.I.L Fitness over two years ago, I have an increasing passion for fitness and feeling strong and capable in my body (especially with a very active 4 year old). During these years I have also  loved studying and deep diving into permaculture, nutrition, herbal medicine and self development. I consider myself a very light hearted and spiritual person who is happiest out with nature or when I have a warm cup of cacao in my hands.

We find this is the best way for you to understand what we do, as we work differently to most gyms with a much more holistic approach to health and fitness.
