This is an online workshop available anywhere in the world for anybody within the H.A.I.L online community via the app. 

I see so many people working really hard and trying new diets and training programs and trying so hard rowing boat with as much energy as they can, BUT… they’re rowing in the wrong direction for their body! Which only leads to increased weight gain, inflammation, stress, not gaining the results that they want and possibly even giving up completely.

Instead I will show you how to start to listen to what your body is telling you and how to give it exactly what it needs to move forward with much more ease and flow.

Yes if that is your goal, but it’s not your regular weight loss approach. Weight loss isn’t always a health approach, Hayley focusses on true holistic health which will allow you to lose weight to reach your intended goal along with being healthy

No. You can jump in for the free week and cancel right after the webinar if you like. This is the start of some incredible holistic health workshops for 2026 that you will learn about in the session but there is no pressure to join. You can absolutely dip your toe in the water and jump right out if you like.
