We like to get to know how your body moves before you jump into a Small Group personal training session. In our PMM session we take a thorough look at your posture, breathing, flexibility, core function and mobility over a comprehensive 2 hour session. This gives us a really good snap shot of your body to know which of our sessions will suit you and your body and it also tells us if we need to alter any exercises for you. Every body is different and we will adjust your session to suit your ability so that you can safely progress in your training pain free. We will also create a corrective stretching and mobility program for you so that you can correct any imbalances in the body so that when you come in for training, your body is balanced and ready to go.
