3-Part Holistic Health Workshop Series
Your body already knows what it needs.
The problem is that most people have spent years dieting, restricting, stressing and overriding their body so they no longer know how to hear what their body is saying. This leaves them working really hard on diets or challenges, but they’re working hard on the wrong things for their body.
These sessions are about reconnecting to your body again and learning how to nourish your body and use other holistic principles to best suit your body for;
- incredible energy
- balanced hormones
- deeper sleep
- your body actually responding to weight loss
- reducing inflammation, brain fog and the ‘what the fuck’ gut that appeared seemingly over night.

This is a body, mind and spirit transformational series done over 12 weeks designed for you to create deep and true change instead of rushing through just to get to the results of weight loss. This is not what you have tried before and this will connect you so much deeper to your body and your needs so that you never need another diet again.
SESSION 1 - Foundations of Holistic Nutrition
The foundations most people never learned. Most people are trying to skip to fasting, keto or the latest one, peptides before even knowing what their body needs. In this session you will walk away with;
- Knowledge of which foods fuel your body through learning your Primal type (game changer)
- How your body is best energised
- The keys to better energy and sleep
- Nutrient timing and undressing fasting
- Sustainable nutrition habits
Then before you learn more. You try. You use what you’ve learned and you apply it and you listen. You listen to your body and you start to form a connection with your body and you start to trust your body again because it starts responding the way that you’ve always wanted it to.
SESSION 2 - Gut Health, Inflammation & Hormones
Understanding what your body is trying to tell you through your gut, poop, energy and stress. Again your body is always communicating with you, you just need to tap into what it is saying.
You’ll learn;
- what causes inflammation
- true healing foods and it’s not kale
- the real killers of digestion & gut health
- stress & cortisol – it’s not just emotional
- hormones & female cycle support
- learn a gut healing protocol
- why “healthy eating” fails most but not you if you start to listen
This is usually quite an ah ha moment of realisation of where your focus need to go and how you can start to really reduce your inflammation and improve your energy just by improving your gut. The key to incredible health lies in the gut.
SESSION 3 - Body Connection & Intuitive Health - Getting WOO WOO
In this session we will dive deeper into the ways that you can tune into your body and begin to learn what it is telling you through not only signs that it is giving you but utilising some fun woo woo tools.
You’ll learn:
- body awareness tools
- self-kinesiology basics
- testing frequency of foods
- Chakra balancing and which chakras are asking for support from you
- creating long-term health without dieting
- wrapping everything up in a bow
In this session you can really start to blow your own mind by the ways that your body has been speaking to you for years, we just have been told to shut it off or didn’t learn how to turn it on to begin with. It’s time to turn it back on because your body knows the way! You will be amazed at where it can lead you in health and in life.
