Then you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.
We don’t begin by asking you to train harder or do more. HAIL starts with your foundations and meets your body where it’s at, then progresses as your strength, energy and confidence grow. Once you nourish the body with the program and heal the gut your energy will return ready for phase 2.
HAIL isn’t another diet or workout challenge telling every woman to do the same thing. You’re learning how to understand your body so you can stop jumping from one solution to another and start knowing what actually works for you. Your body already knows, the program just teaches you to listen to it’s needs.
Nope! If you want to train in a gym then go for it but I’ve created HAIL programs to be used at home with minimal equipment that you build upon as you progress. You can start with body weight. At most you will buy a swiss ball and then finally dumbells. Save your money on gyms and train at home, my pick is outside with the sunshine and grounding benefits too.
You don’t need to get fit before you start HAIL. You begin with CORE Foundations, and build progressively from there. There is always somewhere to start and somewhere to progress to.
You can absolutely skip to any workshop that is available in the program but… in my experience focussing on the foundations of health will give you those breakthroughs that you need to support perimenopause. My 18 years of experience has seen shifts in hormones overnight with the steps that you will learn in the foundations phase.
Great, you can still do the assessments and if your core is up to scratch you can move to the next phase while still making the most of the workshops on nutrition and gut health in phase 1. You have access to move where your body needs you to go. You move forward as you’re ready to.
I’m not going to lie, real change takes time. HAIL isn’t promising to transform your health in six weeks and send you on your way. Honestly the 6 week programs are what keeps you stuck. Those 12 months give you the space to learn, practice, build, adjust and progress until what you’re doing starts becoming part of your life.
And really — where would you like your health to be 12 months from now?
