Not right away. You can begin the CORE FOUNDATIONS Program with just yourself! Then as you go along you will only need a swiss ball and some bands. Then when you begin your strength training sessions you will grab some dumbells to build that strength baby! Hayley shows you where to buy everything.

Then for those a little more seasoned, you will find the Strength, Swiss Ball and ELDOA nice and spicy for you without pushing you to burnout. The way that Hayley programs is unique and really focusses on the body and it’s systems to work on increasing energy, Strength, Spinal support, improving hormone function and extreme awareness.
