Maeve"Two things have shifted quite radically: I have learned stuff about my own diet needs, and daily rhythm, and on what suits my body-type that I was completely unaware of. That has made weight control much easier, and I have got into the rhythm of a form of exercise that is actually affecting my overall fitness and body - both in how healthy and supple I feel,and in losing the weight that over the past years I had got used to having. It's such a pleasure to be able to wear my old clothes and feel comfortable with how I feel.

I teach aesthetics. How we look and feel is not superficial... it is part of our whole sense of self. It's important to like how you look and feel.

I am still very busy:) - that will not change any day soon! And every now and again have to be careful about work eating up my exercise regime, but having someone to keep that in check a bit is also helpful. I travel a lot for work, but I touch base with Hayley when back - which just helps me keep the momentum going and take the next step.

Clichéd as it may sound: "phew..."finally: something that makes sense and works for me". Am still learning and getting getting into that rhythm... but really happy about having gone down this route!"

"I first began training with Hayley in July 2014. I trained with Hayley on a regular basis and she helped me to achieve my goals of gaining muscle and losing weight. Hollie"I met Hayley in 2012, the day after my 19th birthday. At this point in my life, I was overweight, struggling with food and my self-image, and couldn’t bring myself to step on the scales or look in the mirror. Anytime Fitness Mascot was running a ‘Summer Body Challenge’, and after being convinced by a couple of friends, I reluctantly put in my entry. I was called later that day by Kristina (the gym manager at the time) telling me that she was really excited that I’d put my entry in, and she’d love me to meet the new personal trainer they had at the gym.

A few days later, I went down and met Hayley, and from that moment on my life changed for the better.

2.5 years later, I’ve lost about 15kgs of fat and gained muscle. I couldn’t be more grateful to have Hayley in my life as my trainer. She has completely flipped my life around for the better, teaching me about working out, nutrition, balance in life, and to love myself. I wouldn’t be where I am today without her."

Joanne Cameron Sylvia"After going to the  gym for a couple of months and not showing any improvement either on the scales or in fitness, I knew that it was time to up the anti and get some training. Hayley has been fantastic in helping first me (in the blue) and then the other ladies to get into shape and lose those kilos, feel fitter and better than we have in over 10 years.

Hayley makes each PT session fun and informative, from squatting to Burpees it’s always a great workout. It gets harder as you age to lose the weight, but with Hayley’s help we have all lost approx. 10kg each over the last 6-9 months. We all feel fantastic and look forward to continuing on with Hayley’s help.

Since having personal training sessions Joanne has competed in a 20km Time Trial, finishing in a decent time, completing a personal goal. (Just wait till next year) Sylvia has lost weight for her upcoming wedding and Margaret has completed exercises at the gym that she never thought possible. Hayley has become that voice in our heads – Yes you can do this!
